1. We need therapist at clubs someone who can deal with the emotional side of the players and help after all they are human like us. We need similar role in national team someone to help them deal with things in a much higher level,the club and national team therapist need to be in constant communication with regards to players mentality.
2. We still have the mentality that the captain is the only leader in the pitch but truth is we all are,we need our players to be vocal not only in the pitch but as well as outside of it as well, players need to be there for each other when a player name(s) is/are chanted by the fans for under performing we should expect players to walk to the other one and say "you no what your special to them step it up and deliverer it son" and likewise when they are chanted for performing its a greatest feeling for a player but we also need to remind each other not to take the foot out of the pedal. We gonna achieve this if clubs,national team,TFF talks such things with the players every sunrise and sunshine.
Players need and have to motivate each other even if the whole world is against them.
3.Fans need to be patient,chelsea bought Torres for 50 million quid just to score goals and hardly done so but the fans have always been positive and supportive which is how we should be there,it should be noted that we are there to support the team and that means creating something and not destroying it by criticising on and on.
4. Advice to players,if your an outfield player i.e striker and find it hard to score goals by the minute what do you do,change the way you operate that is become more of a team player,create more goals for others try to score when it is hard to do so.make sure the passage of play revolves much around you so as other players in that way the fans will stop signalling you out and thats why Torres is still a top player to the team and fans even though he doesn't score many.Always the team comes first than individual pride in that way we will move forward.
5. Fans not always being on the ball is football and should be appreciated,what do i mean by that sometimes you ask yourself why clubs buy players who their standard compared to other is a bit below par and yet those players end up playing in the first team,the answer is they might not be complete players but their movement without the ball is superb and thats why they play there,The movement without the ball is crucial as it creates space for team mates to move onward,create chances and score goals and it could be Bocco is that type of player and the coach recognise that at plays him in the team,so when we give credit to the goal scorer we might as well give credit to someone else whom without the ball created that opportunity,the brazilian kaka is so good at that and its one of the reason madrid pay a fortune for his service perhaps our players and fan can learn out of that,
